Our camp is dedicated to promoting consent culture at Burning Man by ensuring every theme camp has a BEDucator. We believe in the importance of education and empowerment when it comes to fostering a safe and consensual environment on the playa. Our team of passionate volunteers is committed to providing information and resources to help every camp create a respectful and inclusive space for their participants. BAAAHS Station
We’re the home of BAAAHS: the Big-Ass Amazingly Awesome Homosexual Sheep. You might know us as the 40-foot long rolling disco whose entrance, naturally, is through the pulsing pink sphincter in the rear. Day and night, we graze on the playa…laser eyeballs shining, beloved DJs spinning, dancy people flocking.
BAAAHS Station is our central depot where everyone is welcome to kick up your hooves. Come for our daily dance parties, get a view from our four-story watchtower, enjoy a lovely beverage from our friendly bartenders, and meet a homo or two.
We’re builders, artists, and techies at heart. Our DJ line-up combines world-famous names with up-and-cumming performers, with a focus on featuring queer artists. Our mission – Shear queer bliss.
Backfire
A small camp composed of ASL signers that loves to bring a little bit of their community and experience to the citizens of Black Rock City!
We have Vietnamese Coffee and ASL every morning, along with our popular Lil Fixit Shop if you have something that needs fixing.

Backstage
Backstage is an interactive electronic music camp built as a rotating audience-to-artist-to-crew ritual. Part social music installation and part anti-spectator experience, it invites guests into a structured participation loop of backstage creation, onstage performance, and front of house support. Participants create a track in a guided music studio behind the stage, hear it come alive on stage, then help light the next act before returning to the dance floor. We also host live experimental electronic music, dance parties, and late night ambient sets.
Baconeers
Come visit the BACONEERS for BACON, BOOZE and BEATS! 5 huge parties featuring 90’s Hip-Hop, break-beats, funk and more. We’re cooking up more than 400 pounds of bacon this year, so come get your fix. Come pick up some rubber shoe covers all week in case it ever rains while you’re out! Evening videos, karaoke and periodic bacon sightings! Sunday from 6-10 PM. Tuesday from 2-5 PM. Thursday from 2-5 PM. Friday from 7:00 – ?

Bad Asstronauts
The Bad Asstronauts are an Earth-based collective with stations in Denver and San Francisco. We will take care of all your musical and libation needs. Our DJs will blow your mind with electrifying beats on our upgraded sound system to bring you an incredible new audio and visual experience. Quench your thirst with our extraordinary elixirs crafted by our skilled mixologists at the Moontang Bar. Step into our chill lounge, the Planetarium, where you can find tranquility while gazing at celestial wonders projected above. Badlands is a live music open jam camp.
Formed in 2011, we have always had a drum kit (or 3), amps, guitar, bass, keys, and a PA with microphones available for anyone that wants to come by and play. All levels of musicianship (within reason haha) are welcome!! We are open from 3-7 Mon-Fri and oftentimes have random night jams too! We have topless bartenders and bottomless drinks at our bar and a comfy shaded area with games and couches to relax, enjoy music and get out of the sun.
Bag o' Dicks
Free-spirited camp bringing the good beats and the friendliest Bag o’ Dicks you’ll ever meet. Look for the giant LED dicks lighting up the sky — you truly can’t miss us. A Bag o’ Dicks isn’t always a bad thing— come inspect our dicks and form your own highly professional opinion. Warm your dick by our bonfire most nights (and those “how is it already sunrise—” mornings too). Good vibes, questionable maturity, and zero judgment — just the way we like our dicks.

Wander in for pop up bar hours, spa style pampering, karaoke, champagne saber lessons, and our famous Struggle Bus for anyone whose Burn has gone sideways. Mr. Darwin thinks that whales may be bears which have enormously increased their bulk, washed their paws into fins by constant swimming, and stretched their mouths by keeping them open to catch insects in the water. So also he thinks that men and women may have been developed out of monkeys, monkeys out of mushrooms, and mushrooms out of ” monads,” or little clots of jelly. Where is the proof? Where is a single instance of a bearwhale, or a man-monkey, to be seen? Of course there is not one.
Beats 'n Deets
Don’t lose your shit when you lose your shit. Label it first at Beats ‘n Deets. We make labels for all your stuff with a mug shot style photo with you and your camp details on it making it easy for people to return it to you or easy to find at lost and found. And it’s a great souvenir.

Beaverton
Camp Beaverton is an intentional, experimental, and experiential Burning Man community theme camp and a legacy sapphic nonprofit organization. Not queer? No fear! We’re straight friendly! We are a group of queer women/trans/genderqueer/lesbian/bisexual/heterosexual/etc… or folks who are simply as wayward as the playa is dusty. We celebrate sexuality, self exploration, and respect for one’s journey through this life. Our goal is to provide a safe(r), brave(r) space that centers queer women, trans folks, and nonbinary identities on and off-playa. We encourage education, participation, inquiry, conversation, and self-reflection. We extend our goals to the greater Black Rock community by hosting workshops and social events.

Come get a hot dog. BigFrankEnergy is Black Rock City’s dedicated hot dog theme camp, grilling and gifting franks daily from sunrise runs across the playa to late-night campfire sessions. Daily programming includes The Relish Lab (build your own signature condiment blend), Frank Talks (philosophical debates on the great hot dog questions), Franks and Ranks trivia competition, Hot Dog Couture costume contests, and the Saturday Grand Frank-Off celebration. We believe radical self-expression and the radical gift of a perfectly grilled frankfurter are not mutually exclusive. Find us by the 15-foot illuminated Big Frank Tower.
Bike Gods
Bike trouble got ya down? Come visit the Bike Gods, where we practice self reliant bike repair 24 hours a day. Our camp features 8 fully equipped workstations and spare parts. We have caring and compassionate bike mechanics to assist you M-F 10am-12pm. Out on the Playa, look for our Bike Gods Taxi Service running yellow tandems.

Campy, colorful, and delightfully ridiculous…join some of the best-known sea creatures on the playa.
Start your day with morning Tai Chi, then drift over for our daily bottomless mimosas (you and your drink can be bottomless if desired). Feeling athletic? Try the Naked Beer Mile: four beers, one mile, zero clothes, maximum glory.
In the afternoons we transform into an Under the Sea Prom, complete with spiked punch, karaoke, campy accessories, and a photo setup so you can capture the most wonderfully absurd prom pictures for your scrapbook.

Bioluminati (Bike Mutation)
Unadorned cyclists beware– The Style Enforcement Officers will be back in person in the dust to issue citations for kinetic-aesthetic violations! But fear not: the Bioluminati Bike Mutation Station – is THE destination for bicycle decoration and transformation. We gift all manner of non-moopagenic materials and accoutrements for mutating your mobile mount into something magnificent!
We are open Monday through Friday from 11-2ish hosting interactive bike decorating activities. We have a spray paint area, lots of duct tape, toys, dolls, barbies, non-moopy materials, all helping to make the playa a more fun and colorful place to be!
On Tuesday night, we will have a night bike DANCE PARTY!! with lights to decorate bikes and a DJ
On Saturday a.m. we will be having a bike mutation ride parade!
Birthday Camp
At Birthday Camp, every day is a reason to celebrate. Throughout the week we host playful birthday-themed experiences for anyone passing by…wish-making, card writing, surprise celebrations, and spontaneous moments of joy.
Whether it’s your actual birthday or you just want to feel seen and celebrated, our camp is a welcoming place to stop, connect, and share a little happiness. Because on the playa, everyone deserves a birthday.

Welcome to Bisous. We are an experiential theme camp and non-profit co-created by a team with backgrounds in experience design, community building, and history building theme camps on playa.
Bistro Manonio
Step inside a small desert bistro where strangers gather around a circular communal table inside a handmade geodesic dome. Inspired by French and Polish traditions, we share simple rustic food, warm drinks, and good conversation with curious wanderers who stop by. Scheduled evenings feature intimate tastings featuring Provençal & Warsawa-inspired flavors. Slow down, connect, and experience the magic of a home cooked meal in Black Rock City at Bistro Manonio.
Bitchin' Braid Camp
Come for the braids, stay for the bar parties. Please grab a partner or find one in the braiding lounge to make a plan for a style that will last the week. Braiders on hand with all the supplies and skills to get you taken care of, including mirrors to check out your sweet self on the way out. No hair? NO PROBLEM. From 10am to sunset we have have hosted bar parties, new faces, new specialty drinks, new outfits and new music every two hours. Want to be apart of our camp’s 10 year tradition, head over right before sunset to grab a bevy and enjoy a special treat as the sun starts kissing those mountains. Miss you already, so swing by.
Black Hole Literary Society
COME PLAY!! Grow old, not up. By day rest in our shady lounge and hydrate, color, knit, play games and talk. After dark, lose yourself in our immersive 360 degree 3-D black-light experience! Watch the moths dance in their special disco club. Come flow to some vibey tunes, create a visual masterpiece on our Giant Bright Light, and warm yourself at our campfire. Join us late on Thursday night for ‘Elvis Hour’ around 8 pm followed by a night of music with words through the decades and psychedelic rock. Friday we welcome ALL for our annual Shabbat potluck at sundown – bring some food to share or simply come and enjoy! We dig high fives, interpretive dance, and hula hoops, meaningful conversation, and old-school burners. WELCOME HOME! We’ve missed you. Let’s share and play.
Black Karma
Black Karma is a lantern lit gathering space built around hospitality, participation, and meaningful connection. In the intensity of Black Rock City, we offer a place to pause, sit, and engage.
Each morning we invite neighbors and wanderers to reset, share stories from the night before, and set intentions for the day ahead. Coffee is gifted freely and conversation is encouraged.
Black Rock Academy
Black Rock Academy is a collective of artists and crafts-people. The collective works together to create art through different mediums year round through community engagement. We are often approached at Camp Black Rock Academy with the question of, “So what do you guys teach?”
Personally, I dont think the important question is, “What do you guys teach?” But rather, I would follow up with, “What are you willing to learn?”
BLACK ROCK ADVENTURES BUS STOP!
Providing accessible Playa tours in our adventure rig, with room for about 10 – 13 Burners, leaving from our BUS STOP! art installation on the Playa. Black Rock Brewery specializes in serving home brew creations. Including dozens of varieties of beer, cider, mead, seltzer, wine and tea. We are also home to Utah Fire Tribe conclave group.
Black Rock City Municipal Pool
Looking for a place to cool down and relax? The Black Rock City Municipal Pool might be the place for you! There’s something for everyone: come by for a refreshment and shady misting during one of our Open Swim sessions, swing through at night for a bit of poolside lounging in peace, or put your dancing boots to good use at our Spring Break party! Access to our Spa is supposed to only be available for members, so stop by our Membership Office and fill out your application.

Welding, repair, adjustment and general tinkering help. Come on over to use our tools to repair your stuff or get our help repairing what’s broken. We repair bikes and all sorts of other things. Enjoy an adult or NA beverage at the Crowbar – our shaded walk up and sit down Bar.
Black Rock Disc Golf Club
Black Rock Disc Golf Club has a mushroom-themed disc golf course which embraces fun, games, friendly competition, collaboration, and creativity. We provide a place where folks can join together and throw one of the custom stamped discs loaned out at the camp. You can win one at one of our tournaments or events! The course is accessible 24/7, and discs glow in the dark so don’t hesitate to swing by late night/early morning for a round.
We also have some mushroom hazards on the course! We have tall ones, small ones, ones that glow, and ones that show you what disc golf is all about. It’s definitely a psychedelic experience to walk through, even if you aren’t in the mood to play a round. Just make sure to listen for the call of, “FORE!”
Black Rock Labs The Expanse
Black Rock Labs is a Civic Support camp focused on testing/scaling/messaging climate smart regenerative technologies at Black Rock City and the Regionals. Black Rock Labs hosts 1-hour Sustainability Talk Series at 2 pm on Tuesday/Wednesday/Friday and a Playa-wide tour on the Abraxas art car at 4 pm on Thursday to view BRC’s expanding deployment of renewables and regenerative climate smart activities.
Black Rock Observatory Theme Camp
Black Rock Observatory is a mobile astronomical observatory dedicated to showing people just how amazing the universe is. Started at Burning Man in 2014, we have expanded beyond the borders of Black Rock City to educational institutions and events all along the West Coast.
Black Rock Piano Lounge
Black Rock Piano Lounge is the place to come and share your talent with a friendly audience. Burning Man Information Radio (94.5 FM) is your nexus for essential information on the playa. Check BMIR for late-breaking event announcements and a melange of music. In the event of an on-site emergency, tune into BMIR for rumor-free updates and advisories to surf the storm to a sane conclusion.
Come down to BMIR from 12-5pm each day to record event and camp announcements. Or relate your encounters with radical acts of gifting on-air to the city at large.
Bo_b Squad
The ‘Bo_b Squad’ is a rag tag group of nuclear clowns specializing in atomic hijinx. The crew is committed to providing nuclear warmth to the Playa via the custom burn barrels ‘Fat Man’ and ‘Little Boy’. If comfort is what you’re looking for then the Squad’s couch swings were made for you. The ‘Bo_b Squad’ hopes to see you in the cosmic wastes.
Bone Voyage
Welcome to the official backstage hub for the Bone Voyage mutant vehicle! While our vessel is out cruising the dust, our support camp serves as the critical base to refuel and keep the gears turning. We don’t host public events in camp, as our gift to Black Rock City is entirely mobile and out on the open playa. However, if you spot our Mammoth Skull Flags or our Bony Bus, give us a wave…we’re probably just gearing up for another wild expedition!
Booboos Gaagoos
Step right up to the Inaugural Officially Certified Peer-Reviewed Burning Man Awards, the most rigorous celebration of playa excellence in the known universe. Our panel of wildly unqualified judges reviews your finest achievements, from heroic dust storm survival to best abandoned bike rescue, and awards genuine medals of entirely dubious authority. Welcome to the resurrected Philosophical Center…not a department, not a brand, but a sandbox of inquiry and absurdity. Here, we do what philosophy does best: take your Burning Man-related discomfort, ambiguity, and unresolved contradictions… and roll around in them with delight.
Have a conundrum? A dilemma? A principle-on-principle conflict (say, Radical Self-Expression vs. Civic Responsibility)? Bring it.
Brand-Ur-Ass N More
Brand-Ur-Ass N More will stimulate your entire being — from your mind to your ass. Bare your butt in the “branding coral” to get one of a number of temporary brands then belly up to our western saloon for some libations.
Find something/give something at the Giving Tree, hitch a ride on our mutant vehicles or stop by late night to hang around one of our public space fire pits/fire features. Come play with us!!!
Branding & Booze
Bring your own leather and leave with a piece of playa-forged art! Use our cattle irons to brand or our stamping machine to stamp Burning Man-related images (like the man or city map)! We will have pre-cut leather for those without an item to bring. Enjoy our homemade liquors, chill in our shade, listen to our music, and play our Barn Games. Look for bright blue shade!
BRC Ski Resort
With great powder comes great responsibility. Black Rock City Ski Resort’s EXTRAterrestrial hosts welcome all earthlings to join us for in the apres-ski experience of a lifetime. Send it on the dance floor with Frosty the Snowman Discoball and our iconic DJs, kick it and recharge with a SNOW CONE.
BRC Snow Club
Welcome shredders! BRCSC is the home of the first (and only) ski slope on the Playa! Come get outfitted for boots and skis or a board in our Rental Shop, then ascend the slope to rip down our 60-foot long, multi-tiered dry ski hill!
Don’t ski or snowboard? No problem! We’ll have saucers aplenty for shredders of all ages to come and fly down the slope!
Also hosting nightly Après Ski parties with phenomenal DJs, performers, and more!
BRC3PO (BRC 3:00 Post Office)
Set in a giant rural postbox, the Black Rock City 3:00 Post Office (BRC3PO) provides postal services to the citizens of Black Rock City. We offer authentic, one-on-one, creative interactions that range from the side-splittingly silly to the supremely sublime. We also provide an array of curated Burning Man postcards and postage to send those postcards anywhere in the world – as our gift to the citizens of Black Rock City.. Imagine the intersection of immersive improvisational theater, spontaneous talent show, soulful conversation, and stifling yet corrupt bureaucracy. Bubble Lounge
A queer-forward, wildly inclusive, bar and chill zone celebrating 27 years on playa. Featuring DJ tower, interactive dance structure, vibrantly lit body wash experience, a chill lounge, and secret room (SSSH!) where you can find reprieve from the chaos. Expect music, mischief, bubbly, and a caring group of folk in equal measure.
BUBBLEGASM
Bubblegasm is a mutant vehicle built to spread the joy of bubbles and lights with all those who ride on her or dance and play around her. Bubbles are a metaphor for life, fleeting and fragile and are a reminder about how precious our time is while we are here, and to make the most of each moment. And like each bubble, each person and their life is beautiful and unique. Bubbles are also temporary and once they pop they become part of the universe, just as we do when we die. When people encounter bubbles it is a like a rare moment of magic. They symbolize our childhood innocence, reminding us of a time when life was simple and carefree. When we see these glass-like orbs dancing in the air they remind us to live in the moment, let go, dance with a stranger, be silly – have a bubblegasm!

Bubbles and Bass is a 100% volunteer run art and music collective that brings joy to burner events worldwide! Our goal is to provide a home conducive to connecting: spiritually, conversationally, energetically.
