Kamp Kit
We specialize only in infused liquor shots, infusing all the flavors ourselves. Some are delicious. Some are too hot to handle. Some are pretty gross. No mixers, no chasers! If you’re not drinking, or done drinking, you can contribute to the Playa Name Archive or participate in our open mic.
Karma Love Camp

KashyyyK
Your favorite wookiees are back! Swing by the legendary Wookiee Bodega, open daily from 12?5PM. Modeled after a classic NYC corner store, it’s stocked with playa essentials (sunscreen, tampons, reusable water bottles) and completely unnecessary treasures (bedazzled jewelry, candy bars, knick-knacks galore). This year we’ve expanded the magic with Wardrobi, our free-playa costume closet where you can dress to express. Come for the goods, stay for the pop-up surprises, and return at night to gather ’round our public fire pit?a cozy, low-key hang spot for stories, laughs, and maybe a snack if you catch us at the right time.

Home of the Fire Breathing Dragon Art Car, Gon KiRin. Stop by our camp to enjoy music, meet our camp members from around the globe and experience an authentic tea ceremony by tea masters from China. We are a diverse group of burners brought together by our love for art, music and cultural exchange. Feel free to ask questions about our mutant vehicle and maybe catch a ride with us out to playa!
Kentucky Fried Camp
Kentucky Fried Campers only need one spice, and that’s the spice of life. If you wanna taste it, join us any time of day or night. We begin each morning with the best hot breakfast on playa; a shot of Kentucky bourbon served with a fried baloney sandwich. Afternoons you’ll find us relaxing in our Olde Kentucky Dome, crafting, napping, match-making, and lots of watching the Black Rock City whirled go by. Evenings are for dancing, officiating wedding ceremonies and sending folx off on their psychogeography honeymoons. Look for the KFC sign high in the sky and then spot our gingham-wrapped dome. Enter KWASI-3. KWASI-3 is not just an assessment tool; it is a revolution in understanding art. Our instrument delves deep into the realms of artistic creation, exploring various dimensions such as Dimensional Topology, Activation Shape, and Materiality. This multidisciplinary approach allows for a holistic understanding of art, enabling critics, artists, and enthusiasts to engage with artworks on a deeper, more meaningful level.

Kuker Camp
BULGARIAN KUKER Mutant Vehicle is based on the Kukeri Ritual Dancers – a millenia old tradition from Bulgaria, Eastern Europe. Kukeri are people wearing elaborate self-made fur costumes and hideous animalistic masks. Every year in the end of winter/the beginning of spring Kukeri dance to scare away evil spirits and bring joy, happiness and prosperity for the whole village throughout the year.
In addition to just having the festive and carnival-like appearance, we have infused our ancient MUTANT PET with a modern soul – mixing ancient bagpipe melodies and live drum beats with various electronic music styles.
Kumaya
Cozy up in our 24/7 library lounge filled with pillows, blankets, books and art. Write, doodle, or read the journals lying all around, filled with the stories of visitors from past burns. Eat a pancake at our morning disco party. Pilgrimage with us to deep playa at sunrise for tea and tunes.
